The studio
A painter in love with nature
Soria Givord is a botanical painter trained in the classical European tradition of scientific illustration. From a small studio in France, she paints wild orchids, meadow flowers and medicinal plants, working slowly with watercolour on cotton paper.
Each painting begins with hours of observation in the field — and ends with a discreet signature in sepia ink.
